Set the normal working pattern
Give the reporting location, usual start/end time, regular destinations and expected days of service. Mention airport or after-hours movements that fall outside the normal pattern.
Define authority and changes
Identify who may instruct the chauffeur and who can approve overtime, extra stops, weekend use or changes in operating area.
Choose the assigned vehicle
State the preferred vehicle class, passenger/luggage profile and whether a specific model is essential or equivalent alternatives are acceptable.
What to include in the request
A complete service request should identify the company or organising body, the movement dates, exact pickup and destination details, passenger or vehicle count, and a reachable coordinator. State any non-negotiable requirements so the quotation can be built around the actual operation.

Submitting the form starts an enquiry and does not reserve vehicles. Venegow confirms availability, service scope, applicable rates and booking terms before an arrangement is confirmed. Changes to timing, route, vehicle count or operating area should be approved before service.

Does a website enquiry reserve a vehicle?
No. The request starts a discussion. Venegow confirms vehicle availability, the quote and the applicable booking steps before a reservation is confirmed.
How are self-drive and chauffeur rates different?
Chauffeur service uses the agreed driver arrangement and operating period. Self-drive is billed by calendar day under the approved renter agreement and has a three-day minimum under the current rate list supplied on 7 October 2026.
Can I request a Toyota Prado?
Yes. Share your dates, itinerary, passenger needs and whether you want a driver or a self-drive enquiry. The actual model and hire mode are confirmed for your dates.
Can I request interstate travel?
Provide the exact destination, planned stops and one-way or return arrangement. Route acceptance, vehicle availability and any overnight terms are reviewed for the proposed journey.
Where can I find current prices?
The price page displays the current chauffeur 10-hour and 24-hour rates supplied by Venegow, plus self-drive daily prices where supplied. Self-drive has a 3-day minimum; airport and unlisted charges remain quotation-based.
Are security deposits the same as rental fees?
No. The rental fee and any agreed refundable security deposit have separate terms. Review the vehicle agreement and inspection conditions before booking.
