Returns & Refunds Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Venegow Car Rentals. By booking a rental through our platform, you agree to abide by this policy.
1. Cancellation by Renter
If you cancel a booking, a 25% cancellation fee (of the total rental cost) applies.
Cancellations must be submitted through the Venegow Car Rentals website, booking portal, or by contacting our customer service team directly.
2. Refunds
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refunded amount will be the rental cost minus the 25% cancellation fee.
3. Exceptions
Venegow may, at its discretion, waive the cancellation fee and issue a full refund in extenuating circumstances, including:
Verified medical emergencies.
Natural disasters, accidents, or government-imposed restrictions.
👉 Supporting documentation may be required for approval.
4. No-Shows
Renters who fail to show up for their booking without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Caution Fee Refunds
The caution fee is refundable within 48 hours after the rental period ends, provided there are:
No damages to the vehicle.
No outstanding liabilities (fines, late fees, or unpaid charges).
If damages or liabilities are recorded, the caution fee will be partially or fully withheld to cover costs.
6. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
